Our Summer Intensive Workshop Sessions are the perfect opportunity to launch your skills to the next level. Three hours of focused work, five days a week. This series is designed for students that love to challenge their bodies and minds through movement and want to master tons of skills.
The Intensive Summer Workshop Series is designed for students of all skill levels ages 4 yrs and up. This exciting program builds strength, coordination, confidence, and agility through expert instruction and skill-focused training. Participants will develop a solid foundation in the fundamentals through sports specific drills while exploring the creativity and athleticism of gymnastics, tumbling and Parkour in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment.
